An astute student of the law, Ayse completed her master's thesis titled "The Limit of Judicial Authority in the Legality Judgement of Administrative Decisions" at Kirikkale University in Turkey. Although her Ph.D. program at Ankara University remains incomplete, Ayse has proven her expertise through an array of educational and professional experiences.
In the early stages of her career, Ayse was a research assistant at Kırıkkale University Law Faculty from 2001 to 2005. Following this, Ayse served at the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency of Turkey (BRSA) from 2005 to 2016, undertaking roles as an assistant banking specialist (lawyer), banking specialist (lawyer), and eventually as coordinator/assistant department head. Here, she honed her expertise in banking law and provided legal opinions on a range of issues related to banking and finance.
After relocating to the United States in 2017, Ayse continued to work in a number of law firms. Since October 2022, she has been providing her considerable experience and knowledge to Atik Law PLLC.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Ayse is a dedicated mother. She enjoys cooking for her family, spending quality time with her two sons on road trips, and nature walks.
